What is the Familiplus program?

A rewards program allowing you to save by accumulating points on almost all your purchases and giving you access to member prices.

How do I join the Familiplus program?

Option 1

Apply for your Familiplus card during your next visit to a store and complete your profile online at familiprix.com or by calling Customer Experience at 1-844-704-8040.

Option 2

Consult the Familiplus page and obtain a virtual card using your email address. Download the My Familiplus mobile application, complete your profile and show your smartphone when purchasing in-store.

How do I earn points?

Show your card (physical or virtual) to the cashier when purchasing eligible products.

What products are eligible?

Almost all products are eligible, except for the following products and services: narcotics, lottery, tickets, and public transportation cards, calling cards, gift cards, prepaid products and services, stamps and other products and services at the post office counter, shipping and any other product or service prohibited by law. More specifically, in provinces where it is prohibited by law: drugs sold with or without a prescription and products governed by provincial pharmacy laws and related regulations. How do I redeem my points?

When purchasing eligible products, ask the cashier to apply your accumulated points to your purchase.

How do I learn about current promotions?

Subscribe to our newsletter at familiprix.com/newsletter and consult the “promotions” tabs of our My Familiplus mobile app every week.

What do I do if I’ve lost my card?

The next time you visit a branch, ask the cashier to give you a blank card that has never been scanned, then contact the customer experience team by phone at 1-844-704-8040 or by chat during our business hours, Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., or by email at experienceclient@familiprix.com. An Agent will transfer the points balance to your new card.

What should I do if I have more than one card?

Contact the customer experience team by phone at 1-844-704-8040 or by chat during our business hours, Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., or by email at experienceclient@familiprix.com. An agent will merge your accounts and transfer your points balance to one card.

What should I do if my card is deactivated?

Familiplus cards deactivate after 18 months without activity. Contact the customer experience team by phone at 1-844-704-8040 or by chat during our business hours, Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., or by email at experienceclient@familiprix.com. An agent will be happy to reactivate your card.

If I forgot to show my card during my last purchase of eligible products, can I still get my points?

Yes, you have 30 days from the date of the transaction to claim your points. Contact the customer experience team with your receipt in hand and they will be happy to add the points onto your card.  You may contact them by phone at 1-844-704-8040 or by chat during our business hours, Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., or by email at experienceclient@familiprix.com.

Are there any other benefits of being part of the program?

Being a Familiplus member entitles you to certain benefits, including the Healthy Living function of our mobile application, My Familiplus. Earn bonus points each week by reaching your weekly step goals. The program also offers you advantages with our partner Cardio Plein Air and much more!
