This draw has three ticket options: a single ticket for $10, an offer of 15 tickets for $100 and an offer of 50 tickets for $250. The two offers are available online only, in limited quantities.

To participate, you must be 18 years of age or older and physically be in the province of Quebec at the time of purchase. Draw ticket purchases are non-refundable and not eligible for a tax receipt. This contest is not open to Opération Enfant Soleil employees or any person with whom they reside.

The holder of the first ticket drawn will receive one (1) prize, hereafter referred to as the “Grand Prize,” with a total value of $172,000. This prize includes:

  • Eight (8) round-trip Business Class tickets for any flight operated by Air Canada (including flights operated under the Air Canada Express brand and those operated by Air Canada Rouge), valid for any Air Canada destination, with an approximate commercial value of $112,000;
  • 1,500,000 Aeroplan points, valued at $45,000, applicable according to the Aeroplan terms listed on www.aeroplan.com.
  • $15,000 in cash.

The Gran Prize winner can choose between the $172,000 prize or a $25,000 cash prize. If they opt for the cash prize, the $25,000 will be paid no later than 60 calendar days after Opération Enfant Soleil receives the confirmation.

Secondary Prizes

After the Grand Prize, 18 secondary prizes will be drawn and each winner will receive a prize in this order:

  • The next 6 winners will each receive a $500 gift card redeemable at Familiprix;
  • The next 3 winners will each receive a $1,000 gift card redeemable at Flordeco;
  • The next 6 winners will each receive a $500 gift card redeemable on Tuango;
  • The next 3 winners will each receive a $1,000 gift card redeemable at Womance.

These prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-substitutable and have no cash value. Gift cards must be redeemed at the above-named stores in accordance with the applicable terms written on the issuer’s gift card.

A total of 159,000 tickets are available online and in paper format. Single tickets (paper) are numbered from 000001 to 050000, while the tickets sold online are numbered from 050001 to 159000. The rights to distribute and sell raffle tickets are limited to persons authorized by Opération Enfant Soleil.

Under no circumstances will Opération Enfant Soleil be held responsible for events following the winners’ taking possession of the Grand Prize or secondary prizes, including any modifications to the terms and conditions relating to the use of the Air Canada tickets, the redemption of the Aeroplan points and gift cards, according to the latter’s terms and conditions.

Draws and prize claims

The winners will be drawn under the supervision of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, on March 20, 2025, at Opération Enfant Soleil’s head office located at 450 St-Jean-Baptiste Avenue, Suite 10, Québec City, Quebec G2E 6H5. The drawing of the “Grand Prize” and 18 secondary prizes will take place between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., and will be recorded and posted on Opération Enfant Soleil’s Facebook page during the course of that day. All winners will be notified by telephone within 48 hours, and their names will be posted on the https://bit.ly/tpdr25-familiprix-promo website and on the Opération Enfant Soleil Facebook page.

Winners must claim their prize by presenting their winning ticket and confirming their identity with two (2) pieces of identification and the completed prize claim form by April 20, 2025, at Opération Enfant Soleil’s head office located at 450 St-Jean-Baptiste Avenue, Suite 10, Québec City, Quebec G2E 6H5 (tel.: 1-877-683-2325). If any prizes are unclaimed after this period, they will be reused in other Opération Enfant Soleil fundraising activities. Any situation that may require an external decision to be made will be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for final decision.

Opération Enfant Soleil and its partners assume no responsibility whatsoever in any event in which their inability to act results from a fact or situation beyond their control or from a strike, lockout or any other labour dispute in its establishments. By entering the draw:

a)    Each eligible participant acknowledges and agrees that the draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Aeroplan, Air Canada or any of its affiliates, and that Opération Enfant Soleil is solely responsible for the draw’s execution and administration, including the selecting of the winners and distributing the prizes.

b)    Each eligible participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Aeroplan, Air Canada, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, subcontractors and affiliates, from and against any and all claims or actions, losses, fines or legal costs arising, directly or indirectly, from the draw and its administration, the draw prizes and related activities.


The organizers of the draw cannot be held responsible for the following:

a)    One or more passengers being denied access to air transportation by the carrier for any reason whatsoever. The same applies to any customs authority denying entry into another country or back into Canada. All passengers are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of the countries visited, the airports, the airline, customs, etc.

b)    Last-minute cancellation due to illness, accident or any other unforeseen circumstances. The organizers will not allow the prize to be transferred to another person.

c)    Personal problems, illness, civil liability or any other issue of any nature, for the entire duration of the trip(s). The contest organizers cannot not be held responsible for any costs related to such inconvenience.


Grand Prize details and conditions:

a)    The winner and his/her companions must have a valid passport before the departure date. The winner is responsible for obtaining his/her own passport.

b)    Air Canada will cover all taxes, fees, surcharges and duties added to the commercial value of the tickets.

c)    Grand Prize winners and their guest(s) are responsible for all costs, surcharges, taxes and expenses not stated herein, including but not limited to: ground transportation, including to and from the departure point; gratuities; merchandise; telephone calls; personal expenses of any kind whatsoever for overnight stays; meals and beverages; management fees; on-board meals and entertainment; travel to and from the departure point, where the Grand Prix begins and ends; obtaining all necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas; and complying with entry, health, safety, customs and immigration rules and requirements. These requirements are subject to change without notice.

d)    No Aeroplan points, miles or points from any other loyalty program will be awarded for the trip.

e)    The Grand Prize winner and his/her guest(s) acknowledge and accept the risks associated with the spread of infectious or transmissible diseases and understand that it is the responsibility of the winner(s) and his/her guest(s) to take the necessary precautions in this regard, particularly with respect to COVID-19. 

f)    If the winner is unable to accept his/her prize for any reason whatsoever—for example, if the winner does not possess a valid passport—he/she will not receive any compensation in exchange and may not transfer his/her prize to another person.

g)    No changes can be made to bookings once the travel date has been confirmed and tickets have been issued. Four (4) tickets will be valid for one (1) year (the trip booked with these 4 tickets must be taken before April 16, 2026) and four (4) tickets will be valid for two (2) years (the trip booked with these 4 tickets must be taken before April 16, 2027). No blackout periods apply.h) 

h)    The Grand Prize is not transferable, upgradeable, refundable, redeemable for cash or valid on Air Canada Vacations packages. Stopovers and multi-city itineraries are not permitted.

i)    The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and may be used for products and services offered by Air Canada or its affiliates, as the case may be, in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions applicable at the time of redemption, including Air Canada’s General Terms and Conditions of Carriage available to the public at https://www.aircanada.com/ca/en/aco/home/legal/conditions-carriage-tariffs.html#/.

j)    The Aeroplan points have no cash value but are redeemable under the Aeroplan program for flights and other rewards. The retail value of rewards earned using Aeroplan points will vary depending on Aeroplan reward schedules and other factors, details of which can be found at https://www.aircanada.com/ca/en/aco/home/aeroplan.html#/. Aeroplan points may only be redeemed in accordance with the Aeroplan Program General Terms and Conditions. k)    A minimum of one (1) Aeroplan mile redemption transaction per year is required to maintain an active mileage account. Other than this, miles are valid until fully redeemed.

l)    The winner will be free to use the $15,000 cash awarded by cheque in any way he or she wishes, for example, on other trips.
