1- The “Familiplus PUPA Milano” Contest (the “Contest”) is held by Familiprix Inc. (the “Organizer”). The Contest is held in branch from May 26th, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. to June 1st, 2022 at 9:00 p.m. (hereinafter the “Contest Period”).

2- To participate, the entrant must be a member in good standing of the Familiplus program and must complete at least one eligible transaction during the draw period at one of the participating Familiprix locations. Each eligible transaction gives a new entry in the draw. A transaction is considered eligible if at least one (1) Familiplus point has been accumulated and/or exchanged.

3- To enter the Contest without making an eligible transaction, the entrant must:

3 a- Register for the Familiplus Program free of charge at a participating branch or on the My Familiplus mobile app.

3 b- Write a handwritten, legible letter of at least 50 words explaining why you would like to win, along with your last name, first name, complete address including postal code, telephone number including area code, email address, age and membership card number. Sign and mail your letter in a sufficiently stamped envelope to: Contest «Familiplus PUPA Milano», 6000, rue Armand-Viau, Québec, Quebec, G2C 2C5 no later than June 1, 2022 at 9:00 pm, postmarked with proof, under penalty of nullity. Once your letter has been validated, you will automatically be entered into the draw. Only one postal registration per member will be accepted.

4- Three gift baskets valued at $250 each.

5- Three random draws will be held on June 3, 2022 at 6000 Armand-Viau Street, Quebec, in the presence of representatives of Familiprix Inc. among all eligible transactions during the Contest Period. The chances of being selected for the prize depend on the number of transactions recorded during the weeks of the contest.

6 a- Before being declared a winner, the winner of the prize must sign a declaration of compliance with the regulations and a waiver of liability releasing the prize providers, the judging organization and all their affiliates, Directors, Directors, Employees, Agents, Representatives, Successors and Assigns of any respective liability arising out of the Contest, acceptance, or use of a Prize. The declaration and waiver documents must be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date on the notice, failing which the prize may be lost.

6 b- Participants who have not complied with these official rules will be disqualified. The prize will be awarded only to the verified winner. The prize cannot be transferred and must be accepted as awarded. No substitution will be permitted. By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by the official rules and decisions of the judges that are final and binding on all aspects of the Contest. The organizer reserves the right, subject to the approval of the Régie au Québec, to cancel or amend this contest at any time, without notice or on notice in the major regional newspapers, whether any factor would jeopardize the proper conduct of this competition as specified in these rules. No correspondence will be committed with the participants, except for the winner who will be contacted by mail or telephone. If the winner does not respond within 15 days of the date of the draw, the draw will be cancelled and a new draw will be made on June 22, 2022 under the same terms and conditions mentioned above.

7- All Familiplus members living in Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick who are 18 years of age or older may participate in the contest, except for employees (and persons living under the same roof) of Familiprix pharmacies, Familiprix inc., agents, advertising, and promotion agencies.

8- Each of the participants releases Familiprix inc. from any liability or loss arising out of, or resulting in any way from, the price, including any problem, breakdown, technical malfunction of a network line, telephone line, computer system online, a cash system, software, server, vendor, email, browser, or technical malfunction that could occur, including, but not limited to, a problem transmitting or not transmitting a nomination email to a winner. Regardless of the cause or issue with the routing of the phone call.

9- Familiprix Inc. is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information on the membership registration form, caused by the users of the Website or by the equipment and/or programs associated with or used by the Sponsor or by a technical or human error that could have occurred during the Website-this, including when processing registration forms.

10- This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of an advertising contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. A dispute concerning the award of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of an intervention to try to settle it. To receive the names of the winners, simply apply (within six months of the draw date) by sending a sufficiently stamped and pre-addressed envelope to the following address: Concours Results, 6000, rue Armand-Viau, Québec, Québec, G2C 2C5.

11- The decisions of the organization managing the competition are final and not subject to appeal. All participants agree to follow these rules. By accepting their prize, the winning persons authorize Familiprix inc. to use their name or photograph for advertising purposes relating to this Contest without compensation and they release Familiprix inc. from any liability or loss arising or resulting in any way from the prices.
