1.  The “Ethical Beauty Discovery Basket” contest is held by Familiprix Inc. The contest takes place on the Familiprix Facebook page (Facebook.com/Familiprix) and on the Instagram page (Familiprix_officiel) from March 11 to 18, 2021. It will end on March 18 at 11:59 pm.
2. No purchase is necessary. This contest is reserved for followers of the Familiprix Facebook page (Facebook.com/Familiprix) and Instagram (Familiprix_officiel). 
3. To participate in the contest, you must comment on the post relating to the contest, mentioning how they take care of your skin and like the Familiprix Facebook post (Facebook.com/Familiprix) or comment and follow the Familiprix Instagram account. (Familiprix_officiel). Participants can double their chance to win by participating on both platforms. 
4. To participate, you must have a Facebook page and/or an Instagram account.
5. One entry per person.

PRIZES

1. Three gift baskets containing products from the Ethical Beauty section valued at $250 each. For a total of $750.
2. A random draw from among all entries received during the contest period via the Familiprix Facebook and/or Instagram pages (Facebook.com/Familiprix, Instagram/familiprix_officel) will be held on March 19, 2021 at 9:00 am at 6000, rue Armand-Viau, Québec City, in the presence of representatives of Familiprix Inc. The chances of being drawn for a prize depend on the number of entries received during the contest period.
3. All residents of Quebec and New Brunswick aged 18 and over can participate in the contest, with the exception of employees (and people living under the same roof) of Familiprix pharmacies, Familiprix Inc., its agents and advertising and promotion agencies.

CLAIMING PRIZES

1. The three winners will be reached via Facebook or Instagram messaging. If the winners do not respond within a week, there will be a re-draw.
2. The winners must complete a form entitled "Declaration of the winner." 
3. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Any dispute regarding the organization or execution of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
4. The decisions of the organization responsible for managing the contest are final and cannot be appealed. All participants agree to follow these rules. By accepting the prize, the winners authorize Familiprix Inc. to use their names or photographs for advertising purposes relating to this contest without any compensation and they release Familiprix Inc. from all liability.
